Coronavirus/Covid-19 Thinking of ALL of You-Connecting with Resources/Tools

These are some unprecedented and surreal times . While we “shelter at home” and practice “social distancing”, I believe it has never been more essential to stay CONNECTED…to one another, to ourselves and to resources/tools/wisdom. I have been writing a series of emails/letters to my awesome Shift Into Fifth Coaching (SIF) Community to touch base, offer support and provide resources/tools/wisdom to meet the moment and thrive throughout this challenging time. I have decided to post these letters on my blog. I am also compiling a list of articles, books, podcasts, resources, tools, cartoons, videos etc. throughout this time to further help support you. My mission is accelerating and supporting positive and purposeful change for sustainable and rewarding success. SIF Community Coronavirus/Covid-19 Care Correspondence Letter 1 (March 14, 2020)

Greetings Shift Into Fifth Community-

I've been thinking about you....ALL of you!  My active clients and those whose lives I have been fortunate enough to touch in one way or another through this magnificent and eclectic Shift Into Fifth coaching community. 

I am well aware that these are some extremely challenging and surreal times vis a vis the Coronavirus...unprecedented.  I am also aware that so many of you have done the hard work to have the inner tools to stay calm, centered and shift/utilize energy in productive and powerful ways.  

As we implement lots of common sense practices to keep our families, communities and ourselves safe (20 second hand washing, greeting others creatively without shaking hands or hugging, social distancing (avoiding crowded spaces etc.), I want to remind you to be extra focused on your own self-care (hydration, nutrition, sleep, exercise, meditation/mindfulness, practicing self-compassion/kindness/gratitude, laughing/smiling, staying curious (asking who are my teachers/noting lessons learned-today's takeaways), limiting social media/tv exposure, actively choosing only the thoughts/stories that support you etc.).

Creating more anabolic energy for positive and purposeful change in the world is at the very core of my mission.  Supporting you is key to that mission.
